Our founders understood the challenge of scheduling a consistent exercise routine while living a busy life. From busy professionals to stay at home parents most people have long weeks full of lots of time commitments.  This typically leaves little to no time for exercise which leads to inconsistent routines and a deteriorating body and health. 

 

Practical Fitness had a deep desire to provide an experience that tailored to these very individuals.  So they could live the life they love to live - and feel great doing it.

 

This gave rise to an idea: why not develop an effective and safe exercise program to support a healthier lifestyle, no matter the schedule?  It was then - that Steadypace®was born.

Our founders simply choose to focus on and apply fundamental exercise principles into a method that has become a powerful tool for transformation with a drastic reduction in the time commitment needed. Regardless of age or fitness level, Steadypace® is always the right choice for a better life. 

The Steadypace® technique encourages consistency, connection, and sustainable progress in a one on one, personalized, climate controlled setting every time. Since 2009, our method has helped thousands of people achieve lasting results in not just their fitness but life. We do this through the Steadypace® technique—a strength-training protocol designed to progressively tax the body via the active engagement of the neuromuscular system.
